Bridging the gap between Portland-metro closings
By far the most frequent storage request we field is that gap between closing dates. You’re out of the Tigard rental Friday; the Lake Oswego house closes next week. The secured storage at our Wilsonville warehouse off SW Parkway covers it — we load you out, hold it days or months, then deliver once you say the word.
Pricing goes by unit size — figure roughly a one-bedroom’s worth in each unit, two units for a 2-bed, three for a 3-bed home. Each unit runs $120 per unit per month, with the first two weeks waived any time we’re also doing the load-in and delivery. Cargo rides $0.60/lb released-value standard, up to $1,000,000 per shipment.
Storage examples
| Move | Units | Per-month rate |
|---|---|---|
| 1-bed apartment hold | 1 unit | $120 |
| 2-bed condo between closings | 2 units | $235 |
| 3-bed home between sales | 3 units | $350 |
| 4–5 bed or acreage long hold | 4–5 units | $460 – $580 |
| Seasonal or wine-country hold | 2–3 units | $235 – $350 |
Load-in and load-out crew time prices on the regular $145/hr two-mover or $195/hr three-mover basis, flat-rated before we start. A nine-month claim window applies to anything we hold and haul.
Why our warehouse beats a self-storage unit
Rent a self-storage bay and you pay a crew to fill a truck, haul it across the metro and stack it in — then pay again to undo it all. Our warehouse loads you once, keeps it dry indoors, and rolls that same load onto the truck for your new place. Pair it with a residential or long-distance job.

So what will it run you?
Two uniformed movers plus the truck run $145/hr on the clock, or lock the meter shut with a signed Portland-metro flat figure that puts the entire move on one page
Pads, dollies, shrink-wrap and the careful hand-carries a Sherwood bungalow or a Lake Oswego hillside staircase demand are already in the rate, and so is any Certificate of Insurance a downtown Portland high-rise or a West Linn HOA needs on file. Need a third mover added? That moves the hourly to $195/hr.
