What we collect on the site
- Quote-form entries — your name, phone, email, the pickup and drop-off, your target date, and whatever notes you add. That’s what lets us put your flat rate together.
- Site analytics — anonymized page-view data so we know which Portland-metro service areas draw interest. No name attached.
- Call records — ring the office and we note the date, the time, and the quote we handed you. No call recording.
What we actually do with it
Everything on that quote form exists for a single reason — to write your quote and run your move — and it never travels past that. It never gets sold to lead-aggregator networks, broker outfits, or moving directories, and there’s no referral kickback anywhere in it. If another mover ever rings you already holding your details, that leak didn’t happen on our end.
Who else ever sees it
- Our payment processor takes card data for a deposit — full card numbers never sit on our systems.
- Our insurance carrier gets a building name and address only on jobs where you’ve requested a certificate of insurance.
- Nobody else, full stop — we hand nothing to data brokers, and remarketing goes no further than ordinary site analytics.
Erasing what we hold
Want the details from your quote form wiped? Just say so on the contact page. We clear it from our office records inside five business days and email to confirm it’s gone.
Cookies and updates
The site sets a session cookie and an analytics cookie; clear both from your browser any time without affecting the quote form. If anything substantive changes, we repost it with a fresh date and email everyone who has a quote request in progress.
